Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Marble Canyon Motor Lodge Giveaway – Official Rules

  1. No Purchase Necessary:
    No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Signing up for the mailing list is not required to enter; participants may enter via email by sending an email to     info@marblecanyonlodge.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and their name and email address they wish to enter with in the body of the email.

  2. Eligibility:
    The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Marble Canyon Motor Lodge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

  3. Contest Period:
    The giveaway begins on 4/1/25 at 12:00AM and ends on 6/30/25 at 11:59PM. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter:
    Participants can enter by signing up for the Marble Canyon Lodge mailing list or by sending an email to     info@marblecanyonlodge.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and their email address they wish to enter with in the body of the email. Limit 1 entry per person.

  5. Prize(s):

    •  (1) Free 3-night stay at Marble Canyon Lodge in a newly renovated guestroom with 2 Queen beds, max occupancy: 4 people. Approximate retail value $800. The 3 night stay must be redeemed in 1 reservation for a consecutive 3 night stay. Unused nights are forfeited and may not be used separately in a future stay.

    • Restrictions:

      • The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by 6/1/26. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to major holidays and high occupancy periods.

      • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize.

      • The winner is responsible for coordinating the booking with Marble Canyon Lodge and adhering to all reservation policies within the above stated redemption period.

      • Prize must be redeemed in 1 reservation for a consecutive 3 night stay. Unused nights are forfeited and may not be used separately in a future stay.

      • The prize does not include transportation to or from the Marble Canyon Lodge, any additionally priced activities during stay, or food and beverage purchases during stay.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification:
    Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the end of the contest. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If after 14 days of Marble Canyon Lodge notifying the winner, the winner has not responded, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected and the same timeline as listed above will apply.

  2. Publicity:
    By entering, participants agree to allow Marble Canyon Lodge to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  3. Taxes:
    All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  4. Privacy:
    Participants' information will be used solely for purpose of entering giveaway and/or our mailing list and will not be shared or sold. See our     Privacy Policy for details.

  5. Limitation of Liability:
    Marble Canyon Lodge is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues that may prevent entry.

  6. Void Where Prohibited:
    This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
